Aspect Software (formerly LinguaSys) needed to grow their team of developers, but finding developers with experience in natural language processing (NLP) proved to be a challenge. They needed a development partner with both deep JavaScript skills and the professionalism to work in what they described as an ‘unstructured, cowboy startup environment”
Solution
Having great technical skills wasn’t going to be enough. The team also needed to have strong enough English language skills to be fully integrated into a startup development team. We introduced Linguasys to one of our premiere partners, who offered a combination of hardcore development skills with real experience dealing with fast-paced startups and tight communication cycles.
