Hiring the best offshore team is no picnic.
Offshore teams from all over the world are relentlessly pitching their services, invading our inboxes with promises of top quality work at mind-blowing rates. A savvy client knows that most of these offers are too good to be true, but finding the best offshore team is still a needle in a haystack.
It’s always hard to spot the perfect team right away, but over the years we’ve learned to watch out for a few red flags that usually indicate that you are talking to the wrong team.
What To Watch Out For
The warning signs are sometimes subtle, sometimes not so subtle, so we’ve broken them down into 3 categories – management issues, skills issues, or cultural issues. A single instance of one of the listed warning signs isn’t ground to give up hope on the vendor completely, but it certainly suggests that caution is warranted. The best offshore teams already know to avoid these red flags, so you can learn a from the details.
